I purchased my furnace in January 2020, had service come check it out again in September 2021. For 199. dollars and 15 minutes of time I felt the company could have said listen you likely don't need us here today we're not gonna take 200. from you to make sure what you spent 7,000 on, less than two years ago, is still fine, if you don't have any issues. However they did charge that and there was nothing really to do. The young fella was courteous likely just doing his job but this was a extra money grab.
