I was very impressed with the technician that came to my rescue. Bristol, stood out from the crowd as a clean cut young man, very polite, knowledgeable and eager to address all my concerns and questions. Due diligence is definitely his priority. I sincerely hope that Robin Gibson, service manager, will see this review and maybe send me a note confirming my review. I will definitely recommend WESTISLE and particularly Bristol Hillis to anyone that needs this type of service.
Office staff and technician, Josh, were professional and friendly. Josh called to let me know he would be a few minutes late. Once here he completed the work efficiently and competently.
This was the third time for the same problem in the past three months and am disappointed that we were charged for each visit for the same problem. I don’t mind the price of the new part but I think the cost of hourly and truck costs are a little much.
The two service agents were very professional and worked quickly to get the job done.
