The technician was going to inform the office to have the sales guy phone on Friday. He didn’t. I called on Monday morning. Receptionist very nice and concerned. The appointment has been scheduled for next week…. And hopefully we will have a new one.

I have no problem with the service. What I have a problem with is the fact that we have to pay every year for service on our heat pump or our warranty is void. No other heat pump company does this. And we were not informed of this at the time of purchase.
